In
1999, First Class Consultant (S) Pte Ltd was formed by Prulink and Nooris
Consultants. Their dream was to provide top quality service and translate
economies of scale to benefit consumers.
Later, an alliance formed between Prulink, Nooris, Country and two other
agencies led to the eventual formation of PropNex Groupings in the new
millennium, on 15 July 2000.
PropNex represents a new fusion of real estate agencies
that believe in making a difference via its service to both real estate
professionals and customers alike. We live by our tagline “Service You
Trust” to deliver top of the line service to help consumers with their home
needs.
PropNex fully merged in 2004, occupying the largest real estate mega office
of more than 30,000ft2 at HDB Hub. Here, more than 70 permanent staff
members, the largest real estate workforce in Singapore, provide 13 hours of
daily support to our customers and agents, 5˝ days a week.
Besides being Singapore’s foremost broker, with 40% of the HDB resale market
share and 30% of the private property secondary market, we also have several
Strategic Business Units. These include Local Project Sales, Overseas
Project Sales, Investment Sales, Commercial & Industrial, en bloc, Auctions,
Property Management Consultancy and Corporate Leasing. These are all headed
by experienced directors with specialised operations and relevant business
expertise.
On foreign shores, PropNex has also set up offices in Shanghai and Chennai.
In India, we are acting as a consultancy and marketing agency. In China, our
subsidiary PropNex Property Consultants (SH) Ltd is spearheading our
specialty in sales and rental in the commercial and residential sector.
Despite these various arms, PropNex Realty Pte Ltd remains the largest
component in the organisation that counts thousands of associates in its
ranks.
One reason for this large number and evident popularity is the extensive
training that all agents can expect as a PropNex associate. 288 days of
training in a year, including the in-house CREST course, PSP, SSP, Operation
Elites, Agency Leader Development Programme and the Sales Mastery Leadership
course to name just a few, provide associates with continuous learning and
development.
PropNex
has accomplished many firsts since its formation. For instance, in 2000,
PropNex introduced the Dual Career Path in the real estate industry,
providing a meaningful career for real estate agents and changing the
landscape of Singapore’s real estate business.
We are also proud to showcase a number of awards in our history. These
encompass the Superbrands Award in 2002/03, being the first to initiate
Individual Professional Indemnity insurance for its associates in 2004, SME
500 rankings and the highly coveted Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Gold Award
in 2008.
PropNex aims to maintain its record of service excellence and stellar
achievements by continually setting new service standards and maintaining an
impressive sales record in the property market.
