Class Consultant (S) Pte Ltd to realize the dream of providing top quality
service and translating economies of scale to benefit consumers, an alliance
was formed between Prulink, Nooris and subsequently, a few other agencies in
Singapore. Thus, a new fusion of real estate agencies that believe in making
a difference via its service to both real estate professionals and customers

As the largest real estate company in Singapore, with a strong team of over
3,000 property associates, we have managed to sell more homes than anyone
else in Singapore, reinforcing our position as a household brand, achieving

To top that off, Propnex now operates in its 22,000 sq
feet mega office headquarters at HDB Hub Toa Payoh, the largest real estate
office in Singapore. This far-sighted move comprises of adding a more
extensive network of integrated communication services. Combining group
resources under one-roof leverages more value for both our associates and
our clients.
Going by the philosophy to ensure better service standards for our
clientele, PropNex has mapped out an annual Training Calendar and organized
numerous in-house seminars and training courses, as well as, having
implemented a free Common Examination for Housing Agents (CEHA) to hone the
professional skills of our property associates.

Achievements
Always striving to be the best and with the accolade
of brand and quality awards, we have been successful in establishing
ourselves as a top of mind brand name being synonymous with quality.
1. CEO Mohd Ismail
received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (SMCCI) 2004 from BG George Yeo
on 10th September 2004 for his outstanding leadership stirring PropNex to
greater heights.
2. Superbrands, one of
the world's leading authorities in the field of branding, has also named
PropNex Pte Ltd as one of Singapore's top brand alongside international
brands. The company received the Superbrand's recognition in year 2002.
3. PropNex has been
appointed as the Family Network Ambassador on 12th September 2004 by Dr.
Yaacob Ibrahim, Minister of Environment & Water Resources, for its support
towards Family Development Network in providing mentors to the newly married
couples to guide them in the early challenges and pressures of building a
happy, cohesive family.
4. PropNex was awarded
the National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) Award in the year 2003,
implemented by Singapore Workforce Development Agency which is a national
framework for establishing work performance standards, identifying job
competencies and certifying skills acquisition. PropNex was the first
company to be given the status of a certified workforce by SPRING Singapore.
5. CEO Ismail received
the Spirit of Enterprise Award from Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Acting Minister
for Community, Youth and Sports and Senior Minister of State (Trade and
Industry) in year 2004.
6. In year 2003, more
than 70% of the top real estate achievers awards by Institute of Estate
Agents (IEA) went to PropNex's associates. PropNex's associates had a clean
sweep of the top three awards and the Top Rookie Award.
7. PropNex received its
appreciation letter in 2004 from the National Healthy Lifestyle Campaign
Organising Committee for its contributions and active support of the
activities of the campaign. PropNex also participated in the Campaign
Opening inaugurated by Prime Minister BG Lee Hsien Loong at Sentosa.
Community Contributions

staff value social and moral responsibilities.
PropNex initiated the Healthy Lifestyle Campaign and Healthy Lifestyle
Incentive Program in year 2004 for its NS Men.

PropNex going Regional
PropNex going to KL in a very big way
With the setting up of Propnex Malaysia Sdn Bhd in
2004, PropNex has grown in a big way in establishing our market presence in
Malaysia. With the endorsement received from YB Datuk Dr. M Kayveas, Deputy
Minister in the Prime Minister in Prime Minister's Department, Malaysia, we
proceeded with the signing of the Corporate Agreement and entering into a
contract with SK Brothers in June 2004.
PropNex is confident of duplicating our success model in Malaysia. PropNex
has so far trained more than 1,000 real estate agents in Kuala Lumpur.
Besides the signing of the Corporate Agreement with SK Brothers Group,
PropNex also sponsored the premier Home Ownership Campaign 2004 (HOC 2004).
This four day gala home-show at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Kuala
Lumpur, in June 2004, helped showcase Singapore properties to the Malaysian
audience.
Our System Sought After: Hamilton, Australia
Mr. Mohd Ismail, CEO of PropNex, was invited to share
the PropNex business model during the Systems and Strategies Seminar in
Hamilton, Australia, to a group of real estate industry owners and bosses.
Attended by over 200 real estate agency bosses and general participants from
Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, China and Singapore, our systems and
concept was very well received and we have facilitated a study tour from the
Australian Group to Singapore and our presence in the Asia Pacific Region as
a result will go in a BIG way.
This Hamilton Island presentation gave a greater opportunity to foster ties
and aid in bringing overseas projects to Singapore.
Shanghai, China
PropNex has set its eyes on China, as it is a market
with a lot of potential, where one cannot afford to miss.
Moving forward, PropNex has sent its team for business visits and is in the
midst of finalizing our first branch office in Shanghai, desiring to
duplicate our success business model in China.
Subsequently, PropNex will be exploring franchise models and will be setting
up offices in other major cities in China. |
